- Now it's time to add content,…or an episode to your Libsyn account…so that we can distribute it out to the world.…You will hover over the content tab here,…add new episode.…So click on add media file, here.…We're going to upload from hard drive.…And it will show you the status here,…it also has this hovering window here…that will always be on top…if you're uploading something.…Or dashboard here, then it's going to process the audio.…
And now your audio is uploaded to Libsyn's servers.…It's being stored there.…And I like Libsyn's setup,…because it sort of flows…as you go through these tabs.…If you just keep scrolling down,…once you've uploaded your media,…it'll ask you to go to details.…Podcasts are audio content,…so when you need to give your listeners info,…like URLs or other visual information,…you need to use ID3 tags.…Well, what are ID3 tags?…It's essentially information, text, and image data…that can be added to your audio files.…
And Libsyn actually lets you create those ID3 tags…within the content upload dashboard here.…
