What you should know before watching
- [Instructor] Before you start this course, you should be a little familiar with how Arduino works, using the digital I/O pins, and the basics commands, like, for example, programming a simple LED output. I'm going to use an Arduino MEGA 2560 board, but you can use any other board that you have. You just need to make sure to select it when programming. If you need to know on how to do so, you can check the troubleshooting video in the Learning Arduino course. You can check out the Learning Arduino course in the library to get you prepared for this course if needed. I'll cover the wiring needed for this course, but if you'd like a refresher on hardware components throughout this course, I would recommend referring to the Electronics Foundations: Fundamentals. During this course, I'll cover some programming concepts like for loops, if statements, and arrays. I'll go briefly through each one as we do the coding. So, let's get started.
