Working with Studio Project documents
- In this segment, we're going to continue where we left off in the last segment and do some more work with the project that we started to set up in Bluebeam Studio. Now, besides just being able to store our project documents in the cloud, Bluebeam Studio allows us to share access to those documents with our other team members and it allows us to grant those other team members control over each of the project containers to allow them to upload their own files. So let's take a look at how that works. To start giving people access to this particular project container, you come over here and select the little email icon on the right side of the panel. You can see here I'm circling it with the cursor, it's kind of small, but when we select that icon, I get a dialogue box called Project Invitation. And you can see the name of my project is up here and the project ID that's going to be sent to my invited users is right here. Now I can add users one at a time by clicking on Add. Let's just…
