Using the markup tools to identify punch list items on the go

- [Voiceover] Now that we've reviewed all the different tools and the ways to markup drawings, let's look at how we can use these tools to create what I'm going to refer to as an "Active Punch List." What I mean by that is I want to use a set of Bluebeam PDF drawings to start noting and assigning Punch List Items as I'm nearing completion. As always, I'm going to start by selecting a profile that lends itself to the task at hand, and in this case, that'll be the "Punch" profile up here at the top of the screen, down arrow, select "Punch." You'll see that doing that over on the left side of the screen loads up a set of custom markup tools in the left panel here, as part of the Tool Chest. Now, I'm also going to, before I go any farther, click on the "Layers" tab, click on "Add New Layer," that we'll call "Punch." We're going to say "OK," I'm going to select that, right-click on it, and I'm going to call this the "Current Markup" layer, so that everything I do from this point forward…
