Using the log to assign tasks and track completion

- Now, let's use the punchlist markups we applied in the last video, and open the markup log to look at how we can add information on who is responsible for each one of these repairs, or punchlist items, and to look at information that tracks the status of the punchlist item. So, let's drag open our markup log a little bit, so we can see. And, again, these are all of the punchlist markups that we applied in the last video. And you'll see that the Status is currently blank. So, I can change the status of any of these items, by simply selecting one, right-clicking on it, and navigating to Set Status. So, we're going to set that to Completed, and again, if I'm the one that set it to Completed, it's going to say, completed, I'm the one that did it. And let's drag this column open, and I changed that status on this date, at this time. Now, maybe somebody else is walking around the job, and they say, "No, this is not completed." So, I'm going to select Set Status, and say, well maybe you…
