Setting up the program to work like you work

- Bluebeam Revu contains all kinds of features and tool sets that make it really versatile. But to some people, the presence of all these tools, functions and tabs can become a little overwhelming. In fact, if you're not selective about what features you make visible at any one time, the screen can become quite cluttered as you see here. If you happen to be sitting at a desk and have two or three large monitors, this might not be a problem, because you can drag some of these toolbars over to your second screen. But if you're working on a 10 inch Windows tablet, for example, you're going to run out of room really fast. Fortunately, not only is the software very customizable, it actually lets you save your custom setups as a user profile, and then lets you switch between your different profiles on the fly. This means you can set up toolbars that cater to, for example, your particular estimating needs, and then save them as your estimating profile. Or set up one profile for your desktop…
