Additional collaboration features

- Sessions are great for allowing the entire project team to collaborate. Let's take a look at a few additional communication features, contained in Studio Sessions, and then learn how to close out a session. First, you can set your status for others to see. Useful for things, like letting them know you're in the field or for even letting them know you're on vacation for a few days. So, here on the pane, on the right side of the page, under Sessions, is your Status. And you can select from predefined statutes, or you can say, "I am on vacation," and set your status that way. So, this lets anybody know, when they login and take a look at you as an Attendee, they can see that your status is that you're out of the office, and they're not going to expect any replies from you during that time. Now, anytime during the session, you can also create a report of the activity that's occurred in the studio sessions by going to the Record tab, and clicking on this button, here.
