The importance of a template

- [Voiceover] We know that Template is a tpo file containing a set of preference and attributes that we can use when we start a new project. But for an architecture practice, the template is what guarantee the office standards. So you have consistent elements throughout your project. Such as, type of dimensions, same size of fonts. Same size of markers, same title blocks. In all the sheets, and so on. But also the template is what will give you more efficiency. If you look at this graph in grey. At the back we have the workflow of a 2D Cad project. Where we spend more resources during the documentation coordination phase. In blue we have what should be a BIM workflow. Where we we dedicate more time during design stage and ArchiCAD will help us documenting, coordinating it faster.
