Using DWG references
- [Voiceover] So, I have a folder here with a list of DWG drawings that I want to import and use it in ArchiCAD. And then here in ArchiCAD, I have already set up all the stories and some grid elements that I'm gonna need for this drawing. So we can simply drag and drop those DWG files here to the ground floor, but I prefer to keep it organized using worksheets. So to create a new worksheet, we go here on the project map, Worksheet, right click, New Independent Worksheet. I always try to keep it exactly the same name as the file. So if I go here to the first one, it's called Ground Floor Plan and I try to keep it exactly the same here in ArchiCAD. So I'm gonna Create. So the worksheet is a independent, 2D drawings where we can do 2D related drawings without having to mess with our model. So we can keep drawings organized here. So let's go and drag that ground floor plan here to ArchiCAD. There we go. ArchiCAD is gonna ask us, what was the unit used on this drawing, it was millimeters…
