Join Thiago Santos Mundim for an in-depth discussion in this video Teamwork projects and backup, part of ArchiCAD: Management & Collaboration.
- [Voiceover] I have this project…which is a local file in my computer…and I want to share it with my team…so we can start using the BIM server…and the teamwork features.…So to do that we go to Teamwork, Project, and then Share.…Archicad is gonna ask us…what is the address of our BIM server…and then what is your credentials.…I'm gonna click log in…and then the BIM server's gonna ask us…where we want to save this project.…
We can create a folder if we want to…and we can choose the name of this project.…So I'm gonna go ahead and click on share.…Now Archicad is gonna upload this project to the BIM server…together with the library.…Archicad will close that project so the local file…that you have is protected…and will join the teamwork project for the first time.…Now if you notice here at the top…right now we are working on the Groove House…which is part of my BIM server…and the user that I have logged in is Thiago Mundim.…
So now if we go to our BIM server manager…under Projects we should be able to find the Groove House.…
