- [Voiceover] We can say that we already have a building information model. Although it seems that we have been doing only the modeling part, we did put a lot of information on those elements, like we told ArchiCAD what is the thickness, and the heights of each wall, and what's the size of these slabs, the beams and the columns. So, we could start quantifying those elements, but it is in this documentation phase that we start extracting this information and showing to other people. And we're gonna do that by creating sections, some elevations, adding some dimensions and some levels, and then publishing the drawings in the most common formats, like PDF and DWG. But even though we have very generic model, I recommend you to extract as well some quantities and some schedules. So we can tell our client how many walls we have what is the volume and surface of every generic material, how many doors, and how many windows we have in the project, so we have a closer estimate cost of the…
