- [Narrator] So as we get further down into the depths of ARCHICAD and start to see that it's more than just a modeling tool, and we're starting to understand that it can be a very powerful tool for doing lots of calculations or scheduling, and different other things, other than just modeling. But it is extracting information from the model, which makes it one of the more powerful tools out there. So let's look a little bit deeper into what we were talking about previously. If we go to the Property Manager... We talked about the properties previously, but let's talk about expressions. So, expressions are a definition, or you're building up a definition based on some pre-defined values. For instance, if you go into the Property Manager, we have these top, these are all the properties. And then below it, that's towards the bottom of this list, we have expressions.
