- [Voiceover] Now that we have added more detail into our BIM model, it's time to start extracting those informations. If you haven't done this already, it's a good time to set up the sheets. Not only because the sheets will be become a kind of checklist for the things we have to document but also to see where we need to add new sections and innovations or where we're gonna be extracting some 2D or 3D details. Also define the scale of all the drawings and the level of detail. For example, if we're doing a section at scale 1 to 50, the level of detail that we have right now should be enough but if we're doing a section at scale 1 to 10, we might need to do a little bit of more modeling. But be wise on how much you actually model and how much you're doing at 2D detail. If you have a very large project, it's very likely that it will become super heavy so you try to model less and do more to the extractions but if you have a small project, you should be fine doing a higher level of 3D…
