Creating a layout file

- [Voiceover] On this project I have here on the view map, all the elements, all the stories, sections that I have created. I have also, all the views that I have created, and on the layout book, I have two layouts only, one for the ground floor and another for the first floor. So this is a small example, but I have seen projects with over a thousand sheets, and you end up with a very heavy model, and many frustrating hours waiting for the file to open, or to perform any change. So when your model starts to get too heavy, there's a way to split the model from the sheets, and this will make Archicad run smoother. So to do that, first I'm gonna perform a file, save as for this file, and I'm gonna save a new file called layout file. The reason why I saved as is because I want to use the same sheet here, but it could create a new file from scratch as well. So, I do need the sheets, but I don't need the model. So I'm gonna go back to the ground floor, I'm gonna turn on all the layers and…
