Join Thiago Mundim for an in-depth discussion in this video Classification Manager, part of ArchiCAD: Management & Collaboration.
- [Instructor] Now let's take a quick look…on the classification…and Classification Manager in ArchiCAD.…So when we select any element and then go to the settings,…here in the Classification and Properties we are using the…ArchiCAD Classification 20 Furniture…for the specific object.…So this is giving us a list of properties…that we can choose and if I click here…and change it to, let's say, something like Pile…I'm going to have different properties to choose from.…
For example I have here Precast Concrete, Release Strength…and things that don't really apply to a chair,…so I'm going to go back to Furniture.…Now we can set up the classifications that we want,…for example let's say instead of just furniture…I want to have a classification…for Fixed Furniture and Loose Furniture.…So let's do that.…I'm going to cancel this and let's go to Options,…and then Classification Manager.…So here we have our ArchiCAD Classification…that is version 20…and if we expand these we have a list of all the elements.…
So if I click here on Door those are…
