So did you figure out the total number of acres of wineries with a vineyard? In this case, we're going to do some simple calculation of statistics. Since we already have the parcels that are wineries with a vineyard, we simply need to visualize their statistics. To do that, you open up the attribute table. Here in the attribute table, notice I have 162 out of the 49,000 parcels selected. I can use this button right here to show selected records. And in this case I'm interested in the acres column. If I right click on acres, and choose statistics. Notice it gives me a summary of that column. In this case, we have 162 parcels, and the sum, all of them added together totals 7,691.97 or 7,692 acres.
