Save a single video frame in macOS
- [Instructor] One of the fun things I like to do for HD and 4K movies is occasionally grab a frame out of them. They make very nice photographs, and then I can bring that single frame back into the library and keep it with the other content. So let's go to the original movie, the one that isn't cropped, because I really want that nice leg extension that she did. I thought that was really beautiful. So go ahead and open up that movie. Now we have to find the frame that we want, and I think it's around 24 seconds or so, so it's going to be somewhere around here. There it is. Look at that. (gasps) That is so beautiful right there. Then we go to the gear menu and Export Frame To Pictures. Now it's not going to export into the Photos library but into the Pictures folder. That's where it's going to go, so we'll just tap on that. All right, so let's go to the Pictures folder. I'll go ahead and minimize that right now and then go…
