Your pictures can easily be shared with others, too. Photos has a variety of ways to show the world your beautiful work. In this video, Derrick provides an overview for sharing pictures from Photos for macOS.
- [Instructor] Photos provides us with a whole menu…of sharing options, and we're going to explore…a few of them right now.…Come right up here to the Share icon,…and let's start with email.…I mean, email never gets old, right?…We love sharing pictures via email.…Just click on Mail right there,…and it launches the app, and you can address it…to whom you want to share the picture with.…Now the one thing I want to point out here…is that you have some control over the size…of the image that's attached.…So you can do Actual Size,…which these days can be quite large…thanks to the high-resolution digital cameras that we have.…
Even our iPhones have a lot of resolution.…So you might want to do something such as Large…or Medium.…Scale it down a bit, make it more manageable.…If the person's not going to make a print of it,…then the medium size should be just fine.…So one thing to keep in mind if you share via email,…we'll go ahead and close this right now,…and we're not going to save it, we'll come back to here,…and come back to our Share menu.…
