Now, to leverage this local state,…we actually need to create an Apollo client state link.…The state link has the ability to look for the…@client directive in our queries and mutations,…and intercept those queries and mutations…and perform the operations locally,…instead of allowing them to be routed…to the server through the HTTP link.…It's possible to actually combine our local-…and server-side queries into the same query.…And then, of course, the local client state link…will process the client part of the query…with the rest being sent up to the server.…
