- [Instructor] So this is the kind of super intelligent space slug, or snail, or some other similar gastropod. You've probably seen something similar on the Simpsons, or Kang or Kodos, you know, they've got the slippery tentacles on the bottom. So what I wanted to do with my version of this type of alien was to see how he would move without getting trapped in the morass of all the tentacles. I want these tentacles to look like they're powering him as he moves across the screen. But I really wanted to cheat it. Because if you got lost in how these different tentacles would move him, it could get a bit overwhelming, with eight or nine or ten, or however many there are. So let's see how we can fake it. So the cycle that you're about to see animated is no more than this many frames. Four, really. The fifth on the end is just a duplicate of number one to complete the cycle.
