Connecting a ControlGroup to markup in a component template involves making use of built in form related directives in the Angular platform. The NgFormModel directive is used to bind the ControlGroup to a form element. The output of ngSubmit provides the hook to handle form submission. And with the model driven approach, the handle to the form is stored in a property on the component. In this video Justin Schwartzenberger shows how to wire up the parent ControlGroup.
