The F stands for functional, so we're functional HITT training. - [Woman] It's made up of circuit training, so high intensity interval training. We have various programs. We never do the same thing twice. Pushes them to their limits, gives them the sense of community. - [Man] Wherever you are in the world, it's the same workout. So if you have a friend in London, England and a friend in Detroit, Michigan, they're doing the same workout on that same day, and you can always share and talk about that. F45's from Down Under. The reach now is into 38 countries. Well, we chose the location of Leslieville. It's a real community in this area. Really built a family of like minded individuals who are willing to get up at 6:00 a.m. in the morning and train their butts off. - [Woman] Seeing just the vibe that we have in general is amazing. I had one lady come in for her trial and ended up coming over to me and saying, "I can't believe how welcoming everybody is. "Like other people that I don't even know "are like giving me high fives "and telling me what a good job I'm doing." It just shows that we do have a really good group of people. - [Man] Team training, life changing. - [Woman] We're all here working together and helping change each other's lives, so. - [Man] Come on down and join the family.
