- The calendar is central to successful time management. It's the essential piece of the process which manages all of our activities and our time commitments, and that's why the calendar is such an important part of a paperless system, as well. Having the information you need available, easily accessed, and protected from loss is key. Using a mobile calendar app is the best way to capture calendar data because most of us take our phones with us wherever we go.
