Join Nick Brazzi for an in-depth discussion in this video Insert photos directly from the camera, part of Learning Office for Android Devices.
- [Voiceover] One feature that was added…in a recent update is the ability to insert pictures…directly from the camera on your Android tablet.…Strangely, this feature is only available…in PowerPoint at the time of this recording.…On an iPad, this feature is available in all three Office…apps, so keep an eye on future updates…because this might be added to Word and Excel…on Android tablets as well.…I have a document open here in PowerPoint,…and let's say I wanted to add a picture to this slide.…Generally what I would do is go to the Insert ribbon,…and of course we see the button…for pictures and I can tap on that.…
We saw earlier in the course, you can just tap…on Photos, and then choose a photo that you…have in the photo gallery on this device.…But now you'll see there's another button here,…the button labeled Camera, and of course,…this will activate your device's built-in camera.…So I'll tap on that, and it will…open up my Android's camera.…Now it's gonna ask me a few questions…because this is the first time I'm using…
