The next step is to create balloons that can float from the bottom to the top of the screen. I’ll define my balloon objects in Java code. This will make it easy to manage them at runtime, and affect their behavior. Before I create the Balloon class, I need a bit of boilerplate Java code that converts absolute pixels to device-independent pixels. I’ll be using this to set the size of the balloons.
