Kotlin is a JVM language from JetBrains, the company that makes IntelliJ IDEA. You can mix and match Kotlin and Java code in a single Android app. I'll describe how to install the Kotlin plugin in Android Studio, and how to convert existing classes from Java to Kotlin.
