Android Studio lets you share and manage your projects on Github through a simple set of menu choices and dialogs. If you have a free Github account, all of your projects must be public and open source. If you want to host private repositories, you'll need a paid account. Regardless, before using these features in Android Studio, you'll need to have installed and configured Git on your development computer.
