- [Instructor] Once your first property is created, you'll need to start collecting data in order to look at all of the meaningful insights, and you collect data by setting up a data stream. Now I'm here on the page to start creating that data stream, and you can get here by selecting Admin in the bottom left-hand corner, it's the gear icon, and then from the Property column, select Data Streams. For starters, we'll need to choose the platform for this data stream. It can be an iOS app, an Android app, or a website. In this case, I'm configuring tracking for a website, so I'll select Web. Now, we need to provide the URL for our website. In this case, it's at pierpont.xyz. And you'll notice there's a dropdown to the left of this field, which allows you to select between HTTP and HTTPS.
