- [Instructor] In the previous video, I talked about some basic tasks that you're going to need to perform in order to make sure that your virtual machines are ready for migration, but there are also some additional tasks that you'll need to perform on your virtual machine if it's running Windows. The first set of these tasks is to verify that the virtual machine is running a supported operating system. And I've provided a link on the slide to a list of supported Windows operating systems. Another thing that you'll need to do is to make sure that RDP is enabled on the Windows-virtual machine. So that that way you'll have remote access capabilities to be able to access the virtual machine once it's been migrated to the Amazon Cloud. You're also going to want to make sure that the page file is set to a fixed size. In addition, it's extremely important to make sure that the operating system is fully patched. And if your virtual…
