- [Narrator] To derive the most value from this course, it is useful to have an awareness of the AWS ecosystem. Specifically, you should have a familiarity with virtual private cloud or VPC. An understanding of Elastic Compute Cloud or EC2 server virtualization is helpful. Exposure to some basic Linux commands will make some of the content easier to digest. This course will help you develop an appreciation of monitoring and metrics within AWS.
