- [Instructor] Before you can get started with Amplify and get into React, there are a few things you're going to have to set up, both on your machine and in accounts on the cloud. First, you're going to need an AWS account. Even though we're going to be doing a lot of our programming in an IDE and using tools that allow us to remotely deploy, we still need a place to actually do that deployment. AWS is going to be that place for this course. The good news is that you don't have to spend a dime to use AWS. I've got the AWS web console pulled up here and you can absolutely get started for free. So, you're not going to have to upgrade or pay for any additional tiers, and everything that we're going to talk about that you need in this course is free. There are a couple of add-ons I will mention from time to time that might cost you a few bucks a month and will help you, but they're not required, and I'll be sure to call…
