Launching an X-ray instrumented demo application
- [Instructor] In this demo, we are going to create an x-ray instrumented applications so we can monitor it using ServiceLens. On AWS CloudWatch homepage, we can quickly navigate to ServiceLens from left side navigation bar. You know it does allow to have data on our ServiceLens, we need to have an x-ray instrumented application without x-ray traces, ServiceLens won't be able to provide us with information about application and how the different application components interact together. The good news is that we can quickly deploy an extra instrument that application provided by AWS. We can quickly get started by using the setup Demo application button. From the list of options, we need to choose launch assemble application with Node js and let's move on to the next step.
