- [Instructor] The first step in preparing to migrate Azure Virtual Machines, is to install a configuration script onto a VM. So, I've created a VM that's running Windows Server 2019, and we're going to go ahead and download the configuration script. The first thing that I'm going to do is to open up File Explorer, and I'll go to the C drive, and I'm going to right click and choose, new, and folder. And I'm just going to call this folder, Scripts. And I'll press enter, and the folder's been created. I'll go ahead and minimize File Explorer. The next thing that I'm going to do is to open an elevated PowerShell session, and I'm going to type CD backslash, and press enter. And that's going to take me to the root folder. Then I'm going to type CD scripts, and press enter. And that's going to take me into the scripts folder that I just created.
