- [Instructor] Well, here we are in the Well-Architected Tool in the AWS console in Northern Virginia. That's the region that I'm working in. And I've gone into my Workload. And the first batch of questions that I have to answer are going to be from Operational Excellence. And there's a number of different questions and there's a number of different criteria to consider. There's also movies and lots of details to help or sidetrack. What do I mean? Well, answering questions, especially a group, getting together your team to answer questions, can be difficult because of politics, different points of view, lack of experience with the product, just wanting to get going.
