- [Instructor] Machine learning and deep learning are two different processes that share the objective of using large data sets to determine a previously unknown outcome. The difference between the two is the data set applied and the time it takes for the system to process the learning model. Machine learning usually has a clear set of models, functions and data sets. Deep learning has defined models, enormous data sets, and unknown functions. When a machine learning process is complete, the output is also complete. A deep learning model is set to continuously learn and improve its functional output. With these distinctions, let's take a look at AWS DeepLens and consider how it might fit into a deep learning effort. Back in the AWS Management Console, I will type DeepLens. There it is.
