- [Instructor] The next step in building the demo environment is to add another private subnet to the virtual private cloud or VPC that we created in the previous video. So as you can see, I've got the VPC dashboard open, and what I'm going to do is click on subnets. And this is going to take me to the list of subnets in my Amazon cloud. Here, you can see the public and private subnets that we created in the previous video, and there were also a couple of other subnets that previously existed. So, I'm going to go ahead and click on the create subnet button. And you can see that there are a few different fields that we have to fill in. So the first thing that we have to do is to assign a name to our new subnet. I'm going to call this one, Demo Private two, next we have to choose which VPC we want to associate this subnet with. So I'm going to click on the down arrow and I'm going to choose the demo VPC that we created…
