- [Instructor] In the previous video, I showed you how to download the server migration connector from Amazon. The next step is to take the download and turn it into a Hyper-V virtual machine. So right now I'm logged into my Hyper-V Server. And I'm looking at the folder that I saved the connector to. You can see that it's roughly about 3.8 gigabytes in size. So the first thing that we have to do is to unzip the zip file that we download. To do that I'm just going to double click on the zip file, and I'm going to select both items, right click, select Copy, and then I'm going to drop back down to my AWS BHD Folder that I created, and right click and choose Paste, and that is going to decompress the file. And now that the decompression process has finished, you can see that a folder called AWS-SMS-Connector was created.
