This video takes you through the steps to create the file storage in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Console. Then, using the configuration information supplied, you can connect to an Amazon Linux instance using Git Bash (or Putty as an alternative). Then use the mount command to access the elastic file system, look at the file system using DF command, and then create a test file in the new file system using the DD command.
