- [Instructor] To summarize everything that we've looked at in this class is really matching up with this slide title, Optimizing over Time, and that ultimately is what will happen if you want to have decent cost optimization is that it will take time, and you will have applications already running in the cloud, and so you can take a look at that application and say all right, let's review that application, that workload. Let's go and take a look at breaking down your application into all of its components, and maybe you don't know all of the components, but they will be compute, storage and management components, and look at each one of those components because, remember, every service is charging you for the tasks that they carry out, and once you review all of those options, you'll come to some conclusions that we have to live with that, that is the cost, and if we analyze what we did on prem, it's better, and over…
