- [Instructor] There are many different ways to look at a cloud migration. It's very common to think of a migration from a budgetary perspective or from the perspective of the application that's being migrated. Or perhaps you might consider the migration in terms of how it's going to impact the users who use the application that's being migrated. But one thing that's sometimes overlooked is how the migration process is going to impact the IT staff that actually has to perform the migration and then support the application after it's been migrated. So with that being the case, I wanted to take the opportunity to talk about some considerations for the IT staff. One of the first bits of advice that I would pass along is to make sure that everyone who is involved in the migration process receives the proper training before the migration process ever begins.
