Configure the VM's IP address
- [Instructor] In the previous video, I've showed you how to create the Server Migration Connector virtual machine. And now that that virtual machine has been created, we need to configure it with an IP address. So what I'm going to do is to double-click on the virtual machine within the Hyper-V manager. And this is going to open the virtual machine console. The next thing that I need to do is to click the start button. This will start the virtual machine. And when I do that, you can see the state change to running. And now the virtual machine is booting up and the boot process can take a little while. So at this point, the boot process is finally completed and it's necessary to log in. The username is ec2-user. And then we have to type the password. And the password is ec2pass, all lowercase, E-C-2-P-A-S-S. And so now I'm logged in. The next thing that I have to do is enter the sudo setup.rb command. Once again, I'm…
