- [Instructor] So looking specifically at the Amazon Web Services offerings around just the machine learning based services, they separate things into three levels, Application Services, Platform Services, Frameworks, and Hardware. If you look at the top level it's really about dealing with Vision, Speech, and Language, or the ability to in essence, absorb information into machine learning-based systems. Chatbots for example, such as Amazon Echo or Alexa, the ability to communicate using natural language processing, or the ability to communicate directly to your AI based system using methods other than simple data entry, but obviously information and the ability to bring information or data into those systems is going to be critical as well.
