From the course: Alias Essential Training

Well, we have, but there are so many different ways to do in Alias, some are better than others, that I just want to make sure that you at least you understand where they are all located. And then you can make a decision on which ones work best for you. So we've looked at the option of picking an entity, and then say Move, and we can snap with Alt to a grid. And up in the top right we have some snapping options. So if we pick this first magnet here, that's the snap to CV edit point, so now you'll notice the icon goes blue. And if I select this entity now and then say Move, and now you'll see that it will snap to an edit point or a CV. But I can't move it out into space…
