- Another really great way to speed up your workflow in Alias is to assign hotkeys to commonly-used commands. Let's go up to Preferences, Interface, Hotkey Menu Editor. If we open this up here, this is essentially a snapshot of our whole interface and contains every command that we have in Alias. Also, I'd like you to go to the current project, chapter one, and navigate to the Miscellaneous folder. Let's just open up Alias Hotkeys Spreadsheet. We can close this down here. Now, this spreadsheet is something that I've set up. These are common commands that I use typically. Now, again, you can customize this completely. If you find value in other commands, assign hotkeys to those. Hotkeys in combination with the Marking Menu will really speed up your workflow. This is just an exercise to set up these hotkeys. Again, at a late stage, you can edit them and change them, if you'd like to do that. Let's go to the very top here. In bold, you'll see I have Menu Preferences. We're going to go…
