Lookup fields

- [Instructor] We already know that we can click on a linked record to expand it, and then we can see all of its fields. For example, if we click on Ally Bode's linked record here, we can see all of her information from the speakers table. But what if we want to display some of these fields in our current table without needing to expand the link to record every time, that's what lookup fields are for. They let us look up information from another table and display that information in our current table. So let's say that we want to see our speakers' titles and biographies right here on our schedule of events. So let's click on this plus sign to add a new field, and we'll call this, Speaker Title. For our field type, we'll change this to Lookup. And then this first menu here is asking us which field has our linked records in them. We only have one linked record field, which is Speakers, so this is correct. And then this next…
