Learn how to key green-screen and blue-screen footage with Keylight, the powerful keyer available with every copy of After Effects.
- Hi, I'm Luisa Winters. Welcome to Adobe After Effects Guru. Keylight is a very powerful keyer, that is available in After Effects as a plugin. This is one of those plugins that we all get as it installs with the basic installation of the program. Keylight was developed to help with difficult keys in feature films, and over the years it has been used in a ton of films that I am sure you have seen. In this title, I will start by explaining what keying is, and how to get the most out of your shoot while in production.
Then we will get into basic keying, refining the mat, using masks, and even, color correction. I am confident that this title will help you get started with Keylight, and that your keying tasks will be a little easier.
