Using the exercise files

If you're a premium member of the lynda.com library, you have access to the Exercise Files used throughout this course. You can download these files from the Exercise Files tab from the course page. All the files you need are arranged in the Exercise Files folder. Within that folder are three subfolders. The first, aefiles, contains all of the After Effects scene files you need. The next is the Footage folder; this contains a single still in the Stills folder which is a sunset, plus in the Street folder a street image sequence if you choose the video background. The third folder is Matte and that contains a single matte painting. If you don't have access to the Exercise Files, you can still apply these techniques we discuss to your own footage. So let's get started.
