Just so I can better see what's going on, I'm going to change my magnification up to 100%, and press the space bar so I can click and drag to reposition our view over top of our text. Now, if you select layer four, you can see we have our type outlines. Layer three has the type fill, which is black. So, you're having a hard time seeing a difference between that in the background but that's fine. Let's go ahead and select our power type layer four. In order to create an animation for this, we need to start by actually converting this to a shape. So, go up under Layer and choose Create Shapes from Vector Layer. Now, you notice, when I did that, the elements actually disappeared. And this is not at all what's supposed to happen. So I'm going to press Cmd+Z and just undo really quickly. With Layer Four selected, I want you to go up under the Edit menu and choose Edit Original. This'll open up that text layer inside of Illustrator.
