…One popular technique is to turn to Photoshop for filters…and there's a whole cllection to create illustration type looks.…Here's how it goes.…With a video layer open, just right click and convert it to a Smart Object.…You'll now find under the Filter menu several available filters.…Just consider categories like Pixelate, Stylize,…and these will open up some different options, or even Distort, for that matter.…Now, these filters are driven by the colors you…have loaded, so consider loading the default black and whites.…
Another method to choose is actually the Filter gallery,…which makes it really easy to see these effects.…Let's drag that over.…Let's start with something in the Artistic category such as a Cutout.…And I'll zoom…this back a bit to 50%.…You'll note that you have lots of styles here,…including the ability to set the levels of detail.…Fewer levels makes a really simple image, but basically Cutout is sort of like the…South Park look.
