…Sharpening is often thought of as a print task.…But the good news is, is that you can't apply it to video.…Now sharpening is not used to take an out of focus shot and make it in focus.…That's pretty much impossible.…But what you can do is take a shot that has areas of softness and selectively add…detail to really bring things back Let me show…you a couple of ways to pull this off.…First off, I'm going to take advantage of sharpening using…a filter.…I'll right click and convert this to a smart object.…And use, under the sharpen category, smart sharpen.…
Smart sharpen is really pretty cool, because…it gives you some very powerful controls.…Let's drag this so we can really see the crest of the bird.…Now I'm going to go to 200%, although really 100% is most accurate.…Within here, you'll notice the ability to…take advantage of removing lens blur; motion…blur, if you actually have a pan or a quickly moving subject; or gaussian blur.…Usually, lens blur is going to be the trick.…You can adjust the amount of sharpening and the radius to control the sensitivity.…
